Do you handle international shipments?
Yes, we handle both domestic and international cargo. We have established partnerships with major shipping lines including MSC, EMC, and NYK LINE, as well as airline partners globally.
What are your business hours?
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Out-of-hours emergency contacts are available for urgent matters.
What is your customs clearance process?
Our licensed customs experts handle all TRA documentation, duty and tax computation, tariff classification, and liaison with customs authorities. We assist with import-export transport, HS Code detection, and foreign trade management.
Do you offer warehousing?
Yes, we have comprehensive warehousing facilities suitable for bulk and general cargo. Our facilities are OSHA Certified, ICMI Approved, GCLA Certified for chemicals, and TMDA Certified for food items.
Can you handle project cargo and heavy lifts?
Absolutely. Our project cargo division specialises in heavy-lift, oversized, and out-of-gauge cargo. We provide site inspection, route surveys, track & trace with en-route reporting, and final delivery with closing report.
